What office plant service costs in Atlanta

Real numbers, published. Most companies in this market won't tell you what anything costs until you're on a call — here's the actual range before you talk to anyone.

Why quotes differ

What actually moves the number

Two offices with the same square footage can quote very differently. These are the variables.

Plant count and size
A 6-foot specimen takes far longer to service than a deskside plant, and it costs more to replace.
Visit frequency
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly — driven by plant count, species, light and traffic. Frequency is the single biggest lever on a care program.
Containers and finishes
Premium planters, custom sizes, and matching a design palette cost more than standard containers — and they're the part people notice most.
Install complexity
Atriums and double-height spaces, freight-elevator schedules, after-hours installs, and deadline-driven build-outs all take more labor than a single-floor refresh.
Buy or lease
Buying is a capital purchase plus a care contract. Leasing folds design, plants, containers, install and care into one monthly number.

Lease or own

Leasing versus buying, side by side

Neither is wrong. They suit different buildings and different budgets.

Questions

Pricing questions

Lease packages start at $499 a month for a 12-plant program, and custom full-service programs start at $500 a month — roughly $250 per service visit. That's the honest floor for a properly maintained commercial installation; below it, there isn't enough plant material to support a scheduled route visit.

Yes. We come out, look at the space and the light, count and assess what's there, and give you numbers. There's no charge and no obligation to proceed.

It's a one-time installation charge that covers delivery, placement, planting into the containers, soil and drainage setup, and the post-install cleanup — for the whole program, not per plant. It's invoiced once, at signing, with the first and last month of the 12-month agreement.

It depends on what you're optimizing for. Buying is a capital purchase plus a maintenance contract, and you own aging plants and containers. Leasing spreads everything — design, plants, containers, install, and ongoing care — into one monthly number, and declining plants get replaced. If your space is stable and long-term, buying can pencil out cheaper over many years; if you want a predictable monthly cost and no ownership headaches, lease.

Plant count and size, the square footage covered, how often we visit, the containers specified, and install complexity — atrium and double-height spaces, freight elevator scheduling, or a build-out that needs to hit a deadline all take more work than a single-floor refresh.

No. The walkthrough, the design direction, and the quote are free. You pay when you sign an agreement, and the first invoice is the first month, the last month, and the one-time install fee.
